We assess your cargo details — weight, dimensions, carton count, commodity type, and destination — and recommend the optimal shipping mode (sea LCL, sea FCL, or air freight) and route. We provide itemised quotes for each option so you can make an informed decision.

Once you confirm the shipment, we book space with our carrier partners and coordinate factory pickup directly with your supplier. We provide your supplier with precise carton label specifications and booking confirmation documentation.

We prepare and manage all export documentation including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading or Airway Bill. Our China-based team handles export customs declaration and ensures all product classifications and declared values are accurate.

Your shipment travels under our freight network with real-time tracking available throughout transit. Sea freight to the US typically takes 25–35 days; air freight takes 5–10 days. We proactively notify you of any delays or customs holds.

Under our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, we handle all import customs clearance, import duties, VAT, and government fees at the destination country. You receive one all-inclusive invoice — no surprise charges on arrival.

We book Amazon's FBA receiving appointment, label shipments according to Amazon's FBA prep requirements, and deliver directly to the designated fulfillment centre. We confirm delivery receipt and share proof of delivery documentation with you.
