We start by documenting your exact product specifications, target unit cost, MOQ requirements, certifications needed (CE, FCC, FDA, etc.), and quality standards. This brief drives every supplier search and negotiation.

We source candidates from Alibaba, Global Sources, and our proprietary manufacturer network. Each supplier is vetted for trade assurance status, production capacity, export experience, and verified factory certification before any contact is made on your behalf.

We send detailed RFQs to 10–15 qualified suppliers and negotiate aggressively on unit pricing, tooling costs, packaging customisation, and payment terms. Our established relationships routinely achieve 15–25% below market rate quotes.

We coordinate sample orders from your top 3–5 suppliers and evaluate them against your specification brief using a standardised scorecard covering materials, dimensions, packaging quality, and finish. You receive side-by-side comparison photos and written scores.

Before placing a production order, we conduct a factory audit — either in person or via a verified third-party inspection partner. We confirm production capacity, worker conditions, machinery quality, and compliance certifications.

We monitor your production run and arrange a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) once goods are ready. The PSI checks unit count, carton markings, barcode placement, and product quality against your approved sample before the shipment departs.
