The Challenge & Our Approach
The Challenge
This client approached us wanting to enter the booming Australian health supplement market with a line of Himalayan shilajit products. They had no Amazon account, no supplier relationships, no branding, and no listing assets. Everything had to be built from the ground up — and they wanted to launch three SKUs simultaneously: a pure resin (Gold Grade), a vegan gummy with sea moss and black seed, and a 600mg halal-certified gummy line.
Our Approach
Sourced and vetted three compliant manufacturers across India and China, negotiating DDP pricing for the AU market and arranging factory audits and sample evaluation for all three formulations.
Managed all customs, documentation, and FBA prep for Amazon Australia's inbound shipping requirements — a market with stricter TGA-adjacent compliance considerations for supplement labelling.
Registered the brand under Amazon Brand Registry AU and handled GTIN exemptions for all three supplement categories.
Developed three distinct listing identities: Gold Grade Resin (premium/purity positioning), Vegan Gummies (plant-based/halal audience), and Devoo Gummies (organic/active lifestyle audience) — all keyword-optimised for AU search behaviour.
Built A+ Content for each product with ingredient sourcing stories, fulvic acid and mineral benefit modules, and lifestyle imagery tailored for the 25–45 health-conscious Australian buyer.
Launched PPC across all three ASINs simultaneously, using portfolio campaigns to share budget intelligently based on real-time conversion data.
Implemented review velocity sequences that earned combined first-month reviews across the product line, building the social proof infrastructure needed for organic ranking.
